La Cala de Mijas

La Cala de Mijas is a charming town on the Costa del Sol, centrally located between Fuengirola (to the east) and Marbella (to the west), just a 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport. The seaside promenade here stretches for 5.5 kilometers all the way to the border with Marbella, providing easy access to beaches and restaurants. Excellent highway connections (AP-7) make La Cala de Mijas an ideal base for exploring the entire coast, including the nearby Artola pine reserve and Cabopino marinas.

The village charms with the atmosphere of an Andalusian fishing village, while offering full access to infrastructure – international schools, health care, libraries and other amenities. La Cala de Mijas is home to about 10,000 people, including a large British and Scandinavian community.

Elvira

Elviria is an upscale residential neighborhood in Marbella on the Costa del Sol, located between downtown Marbella and Puerto Banús. Its proximity to the AP-7 highway provides quick access to Málaga airport (about 35 minutes by car), and numerous bus lines make it easy to get around the Costa del Sol on a daily basis.

Nearby are the picturesque Playa de Elviria, the Santa María Golf Club with its 18-hole championship golf course, exclusive beach clubs – such as Trocadero Playa and La Naranja Beach Club – and international schools (including Swans International School).

Los Monteros

Los Monteros is located in the eastern part of Marbella, right on the beach and just a 10-minute drive from the city center and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús. It’s a prestigious residential area with guarded estates and concierge service, offering peace and privacy with access to modern infrastructure and entertainment.

Marbella

The center of Marbella is the heart of the Costa del Sol. The area’s unique microclimate provides more than 320 days of sunshine a year.

Puerto Banús

Puerto Banús is Marbella’s famous marina, located 6 km west of the city center, between the Golden Mile and Nueva Andalucía. It takes about 40 minutes to get there from the Malaga airport via the AP-7 highway, and numerous bus lines, cabs and private transfers provide convenient mobility.

The luxury marina can accommodate up to 900 yachts, and in the immediate vicinity are Playa Puerto Banús and private estates with villas and residences. Proximity to golf courses, international schools (such as The British International School of Marbella), upscale boutiques and spas underscores the neighborhood’s cosmopolitan prestige.

Nueva Andalucía

Nueva Andalucía, known as The Golf Valley, is an upscale neighborhood located to the west of Marbella’s center, bordering Puerto Banús (about a 5-minute drive) and the city center (about 10 minutes). Situated in a valley between the mountains and the sea, it offers convenient highway access to Málaga Airport (about 40 minutes) and full access to the city’s infrastructure.

The district is famous for its numerous golf courses, such as Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and La Quinta. There are views of the Sierra de las Nieves mountains, which are part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve – an ideal place for hiking. The beaches of Nueva Andalucía and the Puerto Banús marina are also nearby.

Benahavís

Benahavís is a charming town located west of Marbella (about 10 minutes drive to the center and 15 minutes to Puerto Banús), in the Guadalmina River Valley. The AP-7 highway provides access to Málaga airport in about 45 minutes, and local roads connect the town to golf courses and beaches.

Gated residential enclaves, international schools (including Aloha College) and a wide range of stores and services in Centro Plaza provide residents with the convenience of international living without sacrificing privacy.

Estepona

Estepona, nicknamed the city of flowers, is located between Marbella and Sotogrande, with direct access to the AP-7 highway and Málaga airport (about 50 minutes by car). A revitalized seafront promenade connects the city center to the beaches of Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada, while proximity to the Selwo Aventura Safari Park, Orchidarium and trails in the Sierra Bermeja provides numerous recreational opportunities.

The white streets of the Old Town, decorated with art murals, boutiques and tapas bars, create a unique atmosphere in the town.
