As early as the interwar period, residents of Poznan sought rest among the greenery in Puszczykowo Górne, delighted by the unique landscape and microclimate of the place. Unconventional architecture
The architecture of the building is a masterful combination of tradition and modernity. The composition of several blocks resembling classic cottages with gabled roofs creates a timeless, consistent, but unusual silhouette.
The facade, covered with fiber-cement panels colored by a Swiss company Suisspearl, gives the whole a raw, modern character, while large glazings open the house to the green surroundings and illuminate the interiors.
Functional and designer interior
Thoughtful layout of the solids makes the interior layout orderly, functional and divided into distinct zones. The central part of the house is the 350 m² first floor, where there is a relaxing living room with a dining room and an elegant kitchen SieMatic with appliances Miele appliances and a pantry. It also houses a fitness area, a spa with a swimming pool, a designer sauna Duravit Inipi and Jacuzzi, as well as two independent guest rooms with their own bathrooms. Each room has access to a terrace and a beautiful garden facing the forest. What’s more, in the 50 m² basement are located technical rooms, with a unit of Danherm for dehumidifying the air in the pool area.
The 96 m² first floor is a private zone with a spacious master bedroom connected to a bathroom and dressing room, with direct access to a terrace overlooking the greenery. A mezzanine with a library creates an intimate space for working or relaxing. The interior was individually designed with a selection of furniture and lamps by renowned European designers.
The floors in the house are made of solid teak, and the staircase is made of exotic wood. Furnishings include original furniture brands Ligne Roset, Zannotta, Rimadesio, including lamps Orco, Tobias Grau and Artemide, a Bang&Olufsen audio system and a silk carpet Jan Kath. The house is also equipped with modern technical systems: gas heating with ducted radiators Brugmann and Vasco panels, underfloor heating in the pool area, app control Danfoss, solar installation for heating pool water, full recuperation, air conditioning in the master bedroom and Disan central vacuum cleaner. Security is provided by an alarm system and app-controlled monitoring.
Garden and forest – an environment full of greenery
Plot of 3003 m2 with exceptionally wide frontage – as much as 42 meters has been beautifully landscaped with preservation of 1/3 of the original forest, which has been integrated into the architecture of the garden. Old trees, flowers, shrubs, park benches, paths and a greenhouse create a private park with direct contact with the forest wall Wielkopolski National Park. The garden’s irrigation and illumination system ensures the year-round aesthetics of the outdoor space. Recreation enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of bicycle paths, a lake, canoeing and the Angie tennis center – located just 500 meters from the house.
