As early as the interwar period, residents of Poznan sought rest among the greenery in Puszczykowo Górne, delighted by the unique landscape and microclimate of the place. The house is also equipped with modern technical systems: gas heating with ducted radiators Brugmann and Vasco panels, underfloor heating in the pool area, app control Danfoss, solar installation for heating pool water, full recuperation, air conditioning in the master bedroom and Disan central vacuum cleaner. Security is provided by an alarm system and app-controlled monitoring.

Garden and forest – an environment full of greenery

Plot of 3003 m2 with exceptionally wide frontage – as much as 42 meters has been beautifully landscaped with preservation of 1/3 of the original forest, which has been integrated into the architecture of the garden.
